Giulio Prisco, Executive Director of the World Transhumanist Association, discusses reactions to the voice chat upgrade in Second Life and the ethical implications of this and other similar technologies. He writes, "The coming debate on human enhancement is very important as it will permit analysing problems and devising solutions. I think these problems can and will be solved, and after a few decades people will probably be unable to understand what the debate was about." Definitely a thought-provoking post!
