Supersonic car targets 1,000mph

In 1997, the land speed record was 763 mph. The same team who accomplished this is now attempting to break that record by attempting 1000 mph. The Bloodhound is a super sonic car and hopefully will accelerate from 0 - 1040 mph in 40 seconds.
